Sensium’s locally-made GPS tracking and telematics device: TRACKbox

Sensium TRACKbox TB2 assists fleet managers to measure, monitor and take action to protect their vehicles and drivers. The vehicle’s location, speed, heading, engine hours, idle time, CAN bus telematics, and driver behaviour attached to a DriverID are all monitored and recorded for analysis.

Manufactured with Sensium Connect, our software designed for government fleet management, your TRACKbox is manufactured in Brisbane, so you can be sure of its compatibility, reliability and most importantly, security.

  • We make the TRACKbox with love, by hand, in Brisbane. We’ve also made a durable version suitable or mowers, tractors and other uses that require splash protection.

  • Mobile reception can be a problem for regional government fleet managers. We can help. The TRACKbox operates on Telstra’s 700Mhz 4G network and we can also arrange a satellite version. Call to discuss.

  • We can help with your TRACKbox installation so you can manage all possible aspects of your vehicle, from battery state-of-charge (or fuel) to engine fault codes, accurate location, driver behaviour reporting and more.

Pool car booking solution: Sensium’s pool vehicle booking

Sensium’s Pool Vehicle Booking system streamlines fleet management with features like real-time EV status monitoring, key management, and remote booking via app or desktop. • If you’re currently running your pool car bookings in Outlook or another method not designed for the task, we can help you. Not only can we make your pool vehicle booking management easier and more efficient, we can help you “right-size” your fleet by calculating exactly how many vehicles you actually need.

  • Government fleet management sometimes requires costs to be allocated to different cost centres. Split your vehicles up into different fleets and make them available to specific cost centres, restricting who uses the vehicles and allocating to the correct budget.

  • If you use a vehicle on Tuesdays between 10am and 11am, you won’t have to enter a new booking each time. The recurring booking feature (coming June 2024) will allow you book once and let it recur as required.

  • Sensium’s Pool Vehicle Booking system with hardware offers lots of advantages (such as remote locking/unlocking and battery monitoring) but you can get started with our “app-only” version, with no hardware installation required. Staff can make, start, and end bookings with an app

  • If you’re obliged to track which passenger is in which vehicle, you can do that with Sensium’s pool vehicle booking system. And we keep the data archived, so you’ll be able to access it into the future.

  • From July 2024 you’ll be able to ensure drivers only have access to specific fleets. If someone doesn’t have authority to drive forklifts, you can block their access.

Access and disable your cars without keys - with a fob, RFID staff card or with secure app, from anywhere in the world

Fleet managers value remote vehicle access and disabling for enhanced security, operational efficiency, and convenience. This technology prevents unauthorized access, streamlines the unique demands of Council and Government fleet management operations by eliminating physical keys, and allows for global management of the fleet, ensuring quick responses to dynamic needs and emergencies.
